Les informamos a continuación del calendario y horario en que ERMEC es plenamente operativa, disponiendo para ello de todo su personal. Esto quiere decir que fuera de estos horarios puede haber personal en ERMEC pero algún servicio concreto
podría no ser resuelto con la rapidez habitual. De todos modos fuera de estos horarios acostumbra a haber algún responsable con quien contactar. Si no, pueden enviarnos un e-mail o fax o dejar su mensaje en nuestro contestador automático.
